SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping is not available at this time. Continental US shipping: excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Continental US standard is $5.95; if your order is $50 or more, however, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 7 to 10 business days delivery.


CANADA SHIPPING

Canada Standard is $14.99; however, if your order is $200 or more, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 10 to 14 business days consolidation and delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is billed at cost, if your order is less that $200; shipping if FREE, however, if your order is $200 or more. Please note that any customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 14 to 20 business days for delivery, depending upon the location.

Please note: Hazardous materials are not shipped internationally.


HASSLE FREE RETURNS

Shade not quite what you were needing? Want to try something a little different? Or simply don't love it? You have 30 days to make up your mind. Then just click on the chat icon at the bottom of the page and enter your order number along with the name of the product you wish to return. Within 24 hours you will have a pre-paid shipping label in your email to print out to use to ship back your item. Our goal is to make your buying experience the absolute best it can possibly be. 

Unfortunately certain items, by their nature are non-returnable. These include all digital downloads and scarves which are custom made to order.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Canadian and international orders are provided as a customer service. However, due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on these orders. If a package is abandoned you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.


REFUSED PACKAGE

If a packaged is refused and sent back 10% of the total price will be taken as a restocking fee. If you want the package sent to you again you will be charged to reship your packaged at our standard shipping price of $5.95.

If an international order is refused or customs and duties are not paid your order will be refunded minus company shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%.


WRONG ADDRESS
Color Me Beautiful charges $5.95 to reship packages to customers that entered wrong address at checkout for processing and reshipping. If not reshipped you will be refunded your product total minus 10% restocking fee.


PRICE CHANGES/PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/DAMAGED GOODS/OUT OF STOCKS

Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products may be discontinued, in these instances, you are entitled to a speedy refund.

If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder. When your item becomes available, it will be automatically shipped to you.

If products are damaged/broken please email a picture within 30 days of purchase for a refund. 

Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in product shades and ingredients from time to time. Refer to the ingredient list on the product package you receive for the most up to date list of ingredients.

PROMO CODES
One promo code may be entered per order. You can enter your promo code in your shopping cart (once you have added something to your cart). At the top right of your shopping cart page, you will see an area that says PROMO CODE, where you can enter your promo code. If you do not enter the promo code and complete your order we cannot refund or cancel the order because orders are processed immediately. Nor can we credit back any amount because of security purposes. Promo Codes cannot be applied to international orders. Promo codes are subject to one time use, containing a cap on the amount discounted or limited to selected products. Non refundable. After you place your order your confirmation page will appear. Within your confirmation materials will be a window stating “ The URLs for your online purchases are: >>link to your online purchase<<. “ You may click to your url here or check your email for the same link. This link may be clicked ONCE within 2 days. Download your purchase at that time to your desktop using the pdf download icon. ENJOY!
