These high pigmented powders accent the eyes for a dramatic look. The mineral dust shadows can be used wet or dry for all over eye color or as a liner.

Apply the main accent color over the eyelid. Use the darker contour shade in the crease of the eye. A light shade should be used underneath the brow as a highlighter. Then soften and blend away any harsh lines with a make-up sponge.

This product is great. I love the amount of shimmer and sparkle. If you use it with the eye shadow base, it looks excellent. I bought the chocolate ice, but I'm definitely going to try more colors.

I just learned how to do a smokey eye, and I really like the Voodoo shade. It is good for the crease of the eye, and the loose pigment makes it easier for me to blend it together.
