Shipping, Handling and Returns

Returns: In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please contact Color Me Beautiful for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or RA number at 1 (800) COLORME.
Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number with your return, so we can contact you if necessary. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you return your item within 30 days within 30 days of purchase, and paid with a credit or debit card, and paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be applied to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, a full refund for the purchase price of the item will be applied to your PayPal account. Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Color Me Beautiful outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

Exchanges: Color Me Beautiful charges $2.99 for return shipping and handling. Please include a check or contact us with a card number at 1 (800) COLORME.

Wrong Address: Color Me Beautiful charges $5.95 to reship packages to customers that entered wrong address at checkout for processing and reshipping. If not reshipped you will be refunded your product total minus 10% restocking fee.

Continental US shipping: includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Continental US standard is $5.95; if your order is $50 or more, however, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 5 to 8 business days delivery.

Canada shipping: Canada Standard is $19.95; however, if your order is $200 or more, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 6 to 10 business days delivery.

International shipping: International shipping to most locations is $29.95 if your order is less that $200; shipping is FREE, however, if your order is $200 or more. Please note that any customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 8 to 14 business days for delivery depending upon the location.

Exchanges: Canadian and international orders are provided as a customer service. However, due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on these orders.

Please note: The rates for shipping orders that include hazardous materials (such as fragrance) may be higher. For expedited shipping, please call our operators at 1-888-206-2222 to place your order. Virginia deliveries subject to 5% sales tax. Orders will be confirmed via email. Please note order processing takes 24 hours a day.

   


Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to Virginia.

   


P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO

We cannot ship an order to a P.O. Box. APO and FPO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.

   


Price Changes/Product Availability/Out of Stocks

Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products in our print and online catalogs may be discontinued before our marketing materials are updated. And, occasionally a product will be out of stock. We will notify you in these instances. If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder. When our warehouse receives the out of stock product, it will be automatically shipped to you.

Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in product shades and ingredients from time to time. Refer to the ingredient list on the product package you receive for the most up to date list of ingredients.

   


Color Analysis

Color Me Beautiful has consultants who are trained to get you into your perfect color palette. We will make every effort to match you with a consultant in your area. There are usually charge for color analysis. If you send photos to corporate headquarters for color analysis, we will make best efforts to refer you to a certified professional in your area. Photos will not be returned.

   


Return Policy

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. In the unlikely event you are not delighted with anything you’ve ordered, call for a return authorization and return it to us within 30 days with your original receipt. We’ll be happy to refund your purchase amount or send a replacement product. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets and not individual items. Bogo offers are non-refundable. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send the product back via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEX or USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Send all returns to: Color Me Beautiful, Inc. Promo Codes

One promo code may be entered per order. You can enter your promo code in your shopping cart to get to shopping cart click view cart at the top of the website. At the bottom of your shopping cart you will see red test that reads Click Here To Enter Promo Code. If you do not enter promo code and complete your order we cannot refund or cancel the order. You may return it (refer to return policy) and place a new order.

   


Refused Packages

If a packaged is refused and sent back 10% of the total price will be taken as a restocking fee. If you want the package sent to you again you will be charged to reship your packaged at our standard shipping price of $5.95.
